FUTURE EMPLOYMENT TRENDS

	Agriculture (Farming) - very small growth in this area due to increased imports of raw and processed food products. This could change as American farmers diversify into organic and green farming which has strong appeal in European countries.
	Construction - Strong growth is seen in all areas of construction due to population changes, increased demand for multi-unit housing, and replacement of aging structures.
